The motto at the bottom of this lovely brass rubbing from Stoke Rochford Lincolnshire, England reads, "St. John Boys ~ 1503 ~ Stoke Rochford, Lincolnshire ~ Rubbed by: Nancy Haynes, 1977." The rubbing is beautifully executed with finely detailed lines and burnishing.
Framed in a gilt wood frame, with gilt beveled black mat.
