Returns/Refunds: P & H offers high-quality vintage and antique items and describe them clearly with detailed descriptions and clear photos. Please take the time to zoom the photos, read the descriptions, and ask questions, prior to purchase. If you are uncertain about making a purchase, please take your time to examine, question, and research the item. We want you to be happy, because when you're happy, we're happy!
- We accept returns within 7 business days of receipt for items we have grossly misrepresented.
- We will refund your payment, only if we agree the item was misrepresented and upon return of the item (customer pays for return shipping), and the item is returned in the original packaging and in the condition of purchase.
- Once we receive the item, examine its condition, we will issue a refund for the purchase cost and purchase shipping.
- Please keep in mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Damage during shipping:
- Contact us immediately upon receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damaged item in the packaging from several views (critical for insurance purposes).
- Send photos within two (2) days of receipt for insurance purposes.
- Once we receive the photos, we will file insurance and issue a full refund.
